Dúo Chardonnay-Sauvignon Blanc

HISTORY

The bi-varietal line (wines produced with two different vines strains) is created the year 2004 Conceived to provide our clients with the possibility of acquiring wines with higher quality and complexity at a very accessible price. It is the first bi-varietal wine produced in Bolivia.

Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.

WINEMAKING

Early harvest by hand, fermentation with controlled temperature, to preserve the delicate aromas of these emblematic French varieties, and moderate settling period.

    Central Valley of Tarija, Santa Ana la Vieja and Santa Ana la Nueva.

  •   YEAR

  •   SOIL

    Laminar, clay loam/silty.

  •   COLOR

    Pale green color, characteristic of the Sauvignon Blanc, with golden tones of the Chardonnay.

  •   NOSE

    This elegant white presents citrus and tropical aromas, as of grapefruit, peach, pineapple and passion fruit.

  •   TASTE

    Its freshness is present, the descriptions of citrus and tropic affirm and manifest gracefully. It leaves a nice taste in mouth and a pleasant memory.

  •   PAIRING

    Ideal for seafood and fish in general. The elegant freshness allows this wine to pair very well with white meat dishes.
